Current Openings

These positions are based in office with locations in Auburn, WA, Lacey, WA, and Sebastian, FL.

Position Summary:

The Outreach Associate assists with the day-to-day administrative tasks related to Outreach efforts.  This is an in office position.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

*Essential Function

  • Review email daily.
  • Maintain tracking logs for assigned projects.
  • Assist Support Group Associate in sending out reminders and notifications to groups
  • Orient general volunteers.
  • Assist in follow-up and routine communications with volunteers as needed.
  • Assemble and process shipments for GIG Cares projects
  • Mailing Generation GF kits, magazines, and supplies as needed.
  • Creative input into new and ongoing GIG Cares efforts
  • Maintain physical and electronic files.
  • Provides outstanding Customer service (answering phones, general questions, etc.)

Position Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Secondary education degree helpful in a field with like qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in customer service.

Work Environment:

This position is being offered in Auburn or Lacey, WA
