Afternoons will include educational sessions on topics important to teens as they mature.

The Culinary Institute of America enforces a mandatory requirement that masks be worn at all times indoors, regardless of vaccination status, unless you are actively eating and drinking. These guidelines are in place for staff and students as well as our public guests. Policy is subject to change.

She is also a highly regarded member of the gluten-free and food allergy community, having written 3 award-winning books in the space and championed the gluten-free food labeling movement. She is a tireless advocate for the GF and food allergy community. Her educating and lobbying efforts helped her garner the first ever “Gluten Free Person of the Decade” award.
Erica Dermer is a well-known digestive health expert, blogger and influencer who blogs regularly at Celiac and the Beast. She’s known for her work covering the trade show floor searching for the best gluten-free products and celiac disease research at national trade shows like Natural Products Expo and Gluten-Free Expos across the country, and in her role as a patient advocate for digestive health conferences like Digestive Disease Week, and the American Gastroenterological Association James W. Cancellations 90 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 45-89 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 45 days prior to the event will not be refunded. I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event cannot be refunded when requested less than 45 days prior to the event. If I am unable to attend, I understand that I can transfer to a friend.
