Gluten-Free Mummy Dogs
Makes: 8–10
Ingredients:
- 1 package gluten-free hot dogs (GFCO-certified Greenridge Naturals or another GF brand)
- 1 package gluten-free crescent roll dough
- Mustard or ketchup (for eyes)
Directions:
- Preheat oven per dough instructions.
- Roll out dough and cut into thin strips.
- Wrap each hot dog with strips of dough, leaving small gaps for “bandages” and space for a “face.”
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then add mustard or ketchup “eyes.”
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Tip: You can prep ahead by wrapping hot dogs and refrigerating until ready to bake.
