Gluten-Free Mummy Dogs

Makes: 8–10

Ingredients:

  • 1 package gluten-free hot dogs (GFCO-certified Greenridge Naturals or another GF brand)
  • 1 package gluten-free crescent roll dough
  • Mustard or ketchup (for eyes)

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven per dough instructions.
  2. Roll out dough and cut into thin strips.
  3. Wrap each hot dog with strips of dough, leaving small gaps for “bandages” and space for a “face.”
  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly, then add mustard or ketchup “eyes.”
  7. Serve warm with dipping sauce.

 

Tip: You can prep ahead by wrapping hot dogs and refrigerating until ready to bake.
