Begin by heating the cream in a small saucepan until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add in the chocolate, stirring until it’s completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours, then scoop into balls and roll in the cocoa powder until coated.

Next, we have gluten-free chocolate bark. For this recipe, you’ll need 8 ounces of gluten-free dark chocolate, 1/2 cup of chopped almonds, and a 1/2 cup of dried cranberries or anything else you’d like to top with! Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then sprinkle the almonds and cranberries on top. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour, then break into pieces and enjoy.

Lastly, we have gluten-free chocolate fudge. You’ll need 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 12 ounces of gluten-free semisweet chocolate chips, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
