  2. Your feedback is invaluable to us. If you encounter any issues or have concerns about a Chef-to-plate restaurant, please do not hesitate to inform us at CustomerService@gluten.org, Subject: Chef to Plate. We take your feedback seriously and are committed to addressing any issues promptly.
  3. The criteria established for participating restaurants serve as essential guidelines for maintaining gluten-free standards. However, continuous monitoring of each restaurant’s compliance is not feasible.
  4. In cases where a restaurant fails to meet our established standards or concerns arise regarding food safety, we reserve the right to remove them from the program.
  5. It is important to note that the Chef to Plate program operates independently from our Gluten-Free Food Service Validation Program, Gluten-Free Safet Spot (www.GFFS.org), which maintains higher standards and involves regular audits.
