Bethany is the Support Group Manager and has been living a gluten-free lifestyle since 2009. She knew after being diagnosed that she wanted to work in support of the gluten-free community and to improve the quality of gluten-free living. Bethany graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with a B.A. in International Studies, and in 2016 will have her M.S. in Human Nutrition. Bethany’s other food sensitivities include allergies to soy and peanuts. She loves meeting and connecting with others living gluten-free.
