One of the top certification programs in the world, GFCO inspects products and manufacturing facilities for gluten, in an effort to maintain strict industry standards. GFCO has currently certified over 30,000 products in 29 different countries.
The Gluten-Free Food Services (GFFS) Training and Accreditation Program, a program of GIG, is designed to work with all food service establishments who wish to provide for and serve gluten-free consumers. GFFS works with experts in food preparation to develop, educate, and train service establishments to meet and adhere to the highest gluten-free standards.
Generation GF was created to build confidence in kids, teens, and young adults with gluten-related sensitivities, and to help develop them into the future leaders of the gluten-free community. The primary goals of the Generation GF program are to create local support groups and provide families a system through which they can have their questions answered. Generation GF feels that the growth of these young ambassadors will be crucial to the continued recognition of the gluten-free movement.
