Glazed Meatloaf

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
2/3 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  2. Press into an 8×4 inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 375 F for 1 hour. Drain off any grease.
  4. Glaze top with extra ketchup or bbq sauce. Bake for 10 minutes more to set glaze.
